Best Time to Take up Subconscious Mind
Subconscious mind
The subconscious mind is what
controls our emotions and drives us to do things we don't want to do. We have a
subconscious mind that's always working behind the scenes, even when we're not
aware of it. It's the reason why people who are stressed out often find
themselves doing things they regret later on.
The subconscious mind is the part of
our brain that controls our emotions, thoughts, and actions without us being
aware of it. It is the part of our mind that makes decisions about what we do
and how we act. It is the part that drives our behaviors and determines whether
we succeed or fail at something.
Conscious mind
Conscious mind is the part of our
brain that thinks about things consciously. It's the part of our brain
responsible for thinking, reasoning, planning, and decision making. It's the
part that makes decisions based on logic and rational thought.
The conscious mind is the part of the
brain that is awake and aware of its surroundings. It is the part responsible
for thinking, reasoning, planning, and problem solving. It is the part where we
make decisions and take action.
Unconscious mind
Unconscious mind is the part of the
brain that controls our instincts and actions without our conscious awareness.
It's the part responsible for our basic survival needs.
The superconscious mind is the part
of your brain that is not affected by the conscious mind. It is the part above
the conscious mind that is able to think outside the box and see things from a
higher perspective. It is the part behind the conscious mind that sees
everything clearly and is unaffected by any external stimuli.
Brain
Our brains are composed of neurons,
which are cells that communicate with each other using electrical impulses.
Neurons connect to other neurons via synapses, which are small gaps between
them where information is transferred.
Brain waves are electrical signals
that pass between neurons in the brain. There are four different types of brain
wave patterns that occur in the brain. Delta waves are the slowest brain waves
and they are associated with deep sleep. Alpha waves are the fastest brain
waves and they are linked to relaxation and meditation. Beta waves are
in-between delta and alpha waves and they are associated to wakefulness and
alertness. Gamma waves are the highest frequency brain waves and they are
related to learning and memory.
Limbic system
Limbic system is a group of
structures in the brain that control emotions, motivation, memory, learning,
and behavior. It includes the amygdala, hippocampus, hypothalamus, thalamus,
and cingulate gyrus.
The limbic system is the emotional
center of the brain. It consists of three parts: the amygdala, hippocampus, and
hypothalamus. The amygdala is responsible for fear responses, while the
hippocampus is responsible for forming memories. The hypothalamus regulates
hormones and body temperature.
Cerebral cortex
Cerebral cortex is the outer layer of
the brain that contains the cerebral hemispheres. It consists of gray matter,
white matter, and cerebrospinal fluid. Gray matter is mainly composed of nerve
fibers, while white matter is mainly composed of myelin sheaths.
The hypothalamus is located just
below the thalamus and it is responsible for regulating hormone levels in the
body. It is also responsible for controlling hunger and thirst.
Cerebellum
Cerebellum is located at the back of
the brain and is involved in motor coordination, balance, muscle control, and
cognitive function.
The thalamus is located in the midbrain and it is responsible for relaying sensory information to the cerebral cortex. It is also responsible in maintaining consciousness and awareness.
