Odisha govt starts providing dry ration, learning materials to students not attending schools

The school and mass education department in Bhubaneswar has initiated a program to provide dry ration and learning materials to students who are unable to attend school due to disability or health reasons. A total of 3,694 students across the state are currently not attending school for these reasons, with 20 of them not even enrolled.
