Reiki Meditation
All forms of meditation focus on one of two things: clearing the mind or concentrating on a particular thing. Reiki meditation differs from others in that it focuses on the energy and power of Reiki. The name consists of two hieroglyphs "re" - soul - and "ki" - energy. The founder of the teaching was Mikao Usui from Japan.

fingers, press them together and return your attention to your fingers and
bring your attention to them.
Reiki meditation focuses on the chakras
Reiki is closely related to the
balancing of the seven chakras. In Reiki meditation, you can bring focus and
balance to these chakras by focusing your attention on each chakra.
Starting with the lowest chakra,
place your attention on that part of the body and visualize the flow and energy
of that chakra. Return your attention until you feel that the chakra is
sufficiently stimulated.
Work your way up from the bottom chakra one by one until you've passed all seven chakras.

How is everything going?
The practice can be done anywhere,
but preferably in a quiet environment. The patient can sit or lie down, and
there is no need to remove clothing. Music can also be played in the background

The healer places his hands directly
on or over specific areas on the head, body, and limbs of the healer. There are
twenty such mandalas, and the healer keeps his hands (over them) for 2-5
minutes.
At this point, energy transfer
occurs. The healer's hands may be warm and tingly. A steady position of the
hands is held until the healer feels that the energy has stopped flowing. Then
he can move them to other parts of the body.
